A NOTE FROM PRIVE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We understand that ordering made-to-order pieces online can sometimes feel uncertain. While our resources are still growing, the care and intention behind every PRIVE piece remain unwavering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you for choosing PRIVE. We hope each piece you receive brings not only beauty, but also the quiet warmth and trust that made it possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. OUR POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At PRIVE, each piece is thoughtfully handmade in very limited quantities and produced only after an order is placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As all items are made-to-order, PRIVE does not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances. This policy applies to all orders, without exception.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

That said, every order carries deep meaning for us. While returns and refunds are strictly not available, we may offer exchanges only<\/strong> in specific cases outlined below, reviewed with care and understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All requests must be submitted within 5 days of order arrival<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Processing time may take 20\u201330 days<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. WHEN CAN I EXCHANGE?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PRIVE accepts exchange requests only<\/strong> in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The product has a manufacturing defect<\/strong>
(e.g. torn fabric, discoloration, broken structure, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The item received is incorrect in design, color, or size<\/strong> compared to the confirmed order<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer would like to change the size<\/strong> of the product<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For size exchanges, customers are kindly responsible for two-way shipping costs<\/strong> and any applicable customs fees. Estimated costs will always be shared before proceeding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No refunds or returns will be issued in any case<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Items that have been tailored or altered upon request<\/strong> are not eligible for exchange<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. DEADLINE TO REQUEST<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All exchange requests \u2014 including those related to defects or shipping errors \u2014 must be submitted within 5 days of order arrival<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requests received after this period cannot be processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. ELIGIBILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be in its original condition<\/strong> \u2014 unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be accompanied by the order confirmation or receipt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For defect claims, include clear photos and a continuous unboxing video<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The unboxing video must start from the sealed, unopened package and continue until the product is fully unboxed. The defect must be visible during the unboxing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. HOW TO START<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Submit your exchange request with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Order ID<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Product photos and unboxing video<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exchange request (e.g. size change)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2:<\/strong> Wait for confirmation and instructions from PRIVE
(2\u20133 working days)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Return the item as instructed within 5 days<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4:<\/strong> PRIVE receives and inspects the item
(10\u201314 working days)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 5:<\/strong> PRIVE prepares and ships the replacement item
(2\u20133 working days)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 6:<\/strong> Customer receives the replacement item
(10\u201314 working days)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping timelines exclude weekends and public holidays.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the issue is due to a defect or error on our part, PRIVE will cover round-trip shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For size exchanges or customer-initiated requests, customers are responsible for two-way shipping and customs duties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exchanges are limited to items of equal or higher value<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No refunds will be issued in any situation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. SALE ITEMS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Items purchased during sale or promotional periods<\/strong> are final sale<\/strong> and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
